Hide button

I just received my nr 70 from an e-bay purchase. On the status bar, my hide button (the blue down arrow) is greyed out and does not hide the graffiti writing area. How can I fix this? Please help :(

use a program that supports virtual graffiti. None of the included apps do but there are a ton of third party apps that do. Look for apps that support "Hi-Res+".
