Can't sync on wifi

My Tx seems to run about flawlessly.
However, on a second PC, it won't sync over wireless.
Gets stuck identifying the user, eventually times out. (The hotsync window pops up on the pc, says
Status: "Connecting with handheld
User:

...and that's all it ever says.
USB sync works fine on this unit...

any help?

If your network is secured with WEP ,you will need to match the key in your PDA setup. You may be out of luck if your wireless is secured with the tighter WPA security. Your PDA may not be able to connect.

Be sure the hotsync manager is active and checked for network, not just local USB

I have connectivity to the lan through 802.11, and can browse the PC (eg with smbMate) so it's not that... thx for advice though.

Is network checked in your desktop hotsync?
