This is not the kind of thing you want to see....
I turned on my calender today to find:
a) 3 of every entry, 2 with empty notes as well that do not want to be deleted;
b) the to do page (page one) looks like it was beat up - with the date at the top, then my info written 3 times each, then a properly align no appotinments for today, than next thursdays meetings scheduled 3x, etc. There are obviously tasks for today too (above where it said no more tasks).
Please help!

It could be some corruption in your databases; Out of nowhere, maybe you could try this:
Go in the Palm Desktop app;
Delete your user; It should delete your backup files on your PC.
Recreate your user;
Resync;
I never experienced this so i'm not responsible for any data lost ;).
Anyway a hard reset and a resync would also do the trick. Just make sure that the corruption is not in you Outlook files, if you're syncing with Outlook. Make sure your Outlook data is ok.

Hold off on what p_boucher said.Go in the Palm Desktop app;
Delete your user; It should delete your backup files on your PC.
Recreate your user;
Resync;Though may be something to try, it is something one tries as a near last resort.
First off, a couple questions:
Is the corruption confined to your handheld, or is it also on the desktop? If confined to the handheld, one can try setting the Calendar conduit to "Desktop overwrite Handheld", and Hotsynching.
What Desktop software do you sync your Calendar to; Palm Desktop, Outlook, or other? If you sync against Palm Desktop, there is a tool in the Palm Desktop that can be used to search for and delete duplicates. Perform a menu 'Tools', 'Addins', 'Delete Duplicates'.
There is a tool dbScan (http://www.pimlicosoftware.com/utilities.htm#dbScan) by Pimlico Software (http://www.pimlicosoftware.com), that can be used to find a correct some Calendar DB corruptions.
