looking for zlauncher assistance

ok, so i am trying to decide if i should purchase zlauncher, i have the trial installed on my nx this is the first time i try a launcher, because of all the take about it on the forum i decided to give it a try. things i like: looks nice, tabs, especally the one that list all the file on my memory card(found stuff i had forgotton i put on there) my biggest issue is the bottom bars, there just way to comlicated, what is all that stuff? i use okey because i use datebook5 memo pad and adress book several times a day, so i love having those at one tap, is there a way to repicate with zlauncher so that i can hid the status bar? with the time and battery info on the top i don't need them on the bottom. also theme manger has an icon selection, what do they do, and where do i get them? also any theme recomidations and is it possible (and simple to put one of my own pictures as a background? sorry for any stupid questions i am new to launcher, i never even use the built in sony launcher

Do you mean get rid of the NX status bar or the Bottom Bar of ZLauncher. You can do both. To get rid of the NX status bar, make sure the 'Fullscreen' option is enable in the Bottom Bar Setup. I think it is already on by default. Then you just hit the green arrow to the right side of the bottom bar to get rid of the status bar.
But since you are using Okey, I am assuming you want to get rid of the bottom bar of ZLauncher. To do that, just go to the menu and choose 'Toggle Bottom Bar'.

To have your own images as the background, make sure you save the images as 320x480 (you might need to resize or crop the image). Save them in .JPG format. Then, using MS Import, copy them to your Memory Stick to the directory /PALM/Programs/ZLauncher/BackImage.
Then you should be able to select them as your background from the Theme Manager.

As for themes, right now I'm just using the one that comes with it, but some others I like are CopperDeck II (can be found at PalmGear) and Zoopie.
