Lets revive hacks for NX thread

Hi guys,

I know this is an OLD topic and I also did a previous search in the forum.  I want to hear from you, let's make a list of working hacks for OS5 Clie's (NX, NZ, TG Series).

If possible add a short description and if you have a link please add it.  I can start with some hacks and some really great standalone applications:

McPhling   (McPhling allows you to quickly switch from your current application to the previous one by simply swiping your pen from the silkscreen "Apps" button into the upper-left graffiti area. At the risk of sounding ignorant, I'm going to ask about OK. I have that program and I don't understand how to use it..other than the up and down keys. What does the jog assits to and the stick key mode do?

Tap on the battery icon in the status bar and you'll get the datebook (or whatever app is assigned to that button)

Tap on the hours and you get the address book button app.

Tap on minutes and you get the to do button app.

Tap on AM/PM and you get the memo button app.

Stick Key mode allows you to press a button on the keyboard and then press another button, INSTEAD of holding it down and pressing two keys at once. Like when you want to type numbers & punctuation . ..

I use Okey in conjuction with 1Button Pro to launch 36 applications from the four hard buttons...All in Tablet mode!!!! Could you possibly ask for more?

Just about everything is working with me, but does anyone know of a good easylaunch replacement? That works with all the previous swipes I had on my nr, but now I can't make any new swipes. Cheers

In addition to 1Button Pro you can use QuickLaunch to launch additional apps with your hard buttons

I found another OS5 working hack that allows you to define a list of commonly misspelled words or abreviations that will be automatically replaced with the correct spelling or expanded text when entered into any edit field. For instance, you can set up CorrectHack to automatically replace 'teh' with 'the' or to replace your initials with your full name.

well, i just purchased an nx70 and i miss my hacks. question, it keeps telling me that x-master won't work on this version. does hackmaster work? i'd like to know before i install it. thanks!
