Hello everyone,
I'm about to purhase a Palm Universal Wireless Keyboard and it looks
like it doesn't come with an easy way to swtich from qwerty keyboard
layout to dvorak keyboardlayout. So I think I must do some
under-the-hood modifications. I'm no programmer, but in my desperation,
I'm willing to do the work.

How would you go about changing the file? What editor do i use to do
the changes? And where in the file should I look? Do you recommend that
I just dowload some freeware editor? Or will using some Palm Developer
tools be necessary or more efficient?

I uploaded the prc file into my website for easy downloading.

your response via email.

looking forward to hearing from all of you!

I suggest you use a binary editor like xvi32 and look for obvious things like 'qwerty" or 'q w e r t y' in the driver (look both by eye and in an automated way).

This assumes you have a way around the EULA.

It is possible to do this with a hex editor

What I am wondering is, would this file be illegal to post, assuming someone did it?
