Welcome to 1src!
The only place I know of is eBay. Good luck! :)

Send the unit to Sony for repair; buy another NX on eBay for parts; contact the guy who repairs PDAs as reported on 1src (http://www.theinquirer.net/?article=28522).

I don't know how far you are from HK in China, but I had a very positive experience getting my NX80V fixed in there. Basically I went to this
guy here and he changed my broken NX80V screen for a new one
while I waited (I'd say it took less than 15 minutes). It was in August 2005.

Maybe you should contact him to know whether he has the
screen you need in stock. He is also on Ebay (that is how I
found him) and may be able to ship a screen to you if you
cannot get to him:

Good luck.

Since i am from india getting Perfect technical person and low shipping charges is also one major factors to consider.
Its impossible to repair this type of electronics in India.
