Do i need change my digitizer screen if i want to remove the big scratch on my screen made by my lid?

Yes - unless you know how to repair scratches on glass.

 

I use a screen protector to avoid this problem.  It is much easier to replace a piece of plastic than the glass - and cheaper too!
