Dear all,
I suggest we should keep this thread as a wallboard of all our adventures with the UNACCEPTABLE CLIE SONY SUPPORT, or maybe a blog would be better

I have a NX80V where the camera does not work as it should (out of a sudden). So, after trying to find some help from sony, they asked me to call USA support (I am located in Greece). They don't even provide me the specific email needed!!!!! Only to call them a 0800 number in US that is not valid for Greece. I requested them to call me, and their answer was ...that they cannot do anything more... and various other nonsense!!!!
