How to get JPG's & BMP's in zlauncher

How can i resize a bmp or jpeg to 320x320 and save it so i can use it in zlauncher? MS painbrush isn't letting me do it. what other program could i use? thanks.

I use Paint Shop Pro, works great in resizing BMPs, I highly reccomend it!

Lots of good software choices out there. I use ThumbsPlus (http://www.cerious.com/).

i tried using thumbs and resizing the pictures in picture gear lite but both of them only let me resize the phone to 427x320 or 320x240.

None of them let me resize jpegs to 320x320 so either the top and bottem of the photo is all black or the sides are. I don't get it?

ThumbsPlus can resize to anything you want. Here's what I do:
1) Open the image you want to resize.
2) Press "R" for rotate/resize
3) Change height to 320 and select OK.

4) Unless you started out with something that had the same height and width, you probably need to crop the image (in my example, it's 400x320). This is a little hard to explain, but you want to click and drag to make a 320x320 selection on the image. While you're doing it, you'll see the selection size change in the bottom status bar (you may have to make the window bigger). Once you get a 320x320 selection area, you can move it around to get the part of the image you want. Once you're happy, crop the image by pressing Ctrl - R.
5) You should now have a 320x320 image. I usually do a File/Save As and rename the image so as not to overwrite the original. While you're at it, ensure the file type is BMP.

Where can i get a good program like APPICONS, to change my program icons, but using hi-resolution icons? The ones i import to appicons look good but on a black, or dark backround you can see a white boarder around some of the icons, it sucks. I want a really clean set of Windows XP, or Mac OSX icons. Any ideas? also how can i get a screen shot of my Zlaucnher to show people when i'm done? thanks
