I am looking to add a digital camera that fits into my Palm Tungsten E SD card slot. I would appreciate any advice on the best camera to get. I will be using it mostly for casual shots.
Advice appreciated.

Not sure if it'll work with the Tungsten E, but I use a Veo Photo Traveller with my T3

Hi Larrysfernandez Thanks for the reply. May i ask if you are satisfied with the quality of the pictures. Also have you ever printed any ? I am not looking for professional results, just family pictures.

Hmmm ... that's a hard question to answer. The Veo's resolution is only VGA, that is, 640 x 480, so printing anything over 3"x5" wouldn't really look good. It also does not adjust well to dim lighting and photos typically have an "over-exposed" look to them. It really works best in the sunny outdoors. I still use it mainly for the convenience of having a camera with me at all times (I don't have a camera phone).

Frankly just the fair and square answer I was looking for. Thank you very much. Use will be for outdoors in sunny conditions (it is always sunny in Malta), and as a backup for when i forget my digital camera.
Veo photo Traveller...here I come...
All the very best for Christmas and the New Year. May god be with you always.

Larry,
Which Veo Photo Traveler do you have? I can't find one which says it supports the T3. Veo's website says the photo Traveler doesn't support the T3. I have a T3 also and am interested in a camera.

Yes, it says on Veo's website that their Traveller doesn't support the T3. However, I still tried it out (I was told not to believe everything I read on the Net .. :) ) and found that it worked. I do not know if there's anything unique in my T3 or the combination of the software I have on my PDA that makes it work. Or maybe, when Veo said "not supported", they meant "not tested on the T3, so use at your own risk".
