Man, I just got a used T3 over eBay and I am in LOVE...an absolutely wonderful machine and it seems that even the newer T5s and TXs don't have quite a nice a screen as the one I have...go figure.
Anyways, I got a Wifi card over eBay as well and it didn't come with a case, just some anti-static bag. The thing is supposed to come with a case right? So what do I do? Can't carry it around like this.
Don't know what other forum to post this in. *sheepish laugh* These forums have been great so far...heh thanks guys. :D

I've got a little coin purse like bag that I carry my headphones and my WiFi card in. The WiFi card is loose inside the coin purse - doesn't seem to have adversely affected it at all.
Also most of the leather cases for the T3 have little pockets that you could carry it in, but note that since the wifi cards are a little thick you can't really carry many other cards in the cases - since I carry driver's license and bank card in the case I keep the wifi card in the coin purse instead.

I have the Sandisk Wi-Fi card for the Zire 71. It didn't come in any case, or anti-static bag. What I did was cut around the actual packaging which holds the card and set it up so that I create my own little plastic holder for the card. And I use an Altoids mint tin box to hold all my SD cards (creating my own divider for two stacks of SD cards) with the Wi-Fi card on top. It fits perfectly.

Ha ha! That's brilliant! I think I'm going to do that. My PDAir case only has room for one card in it. :(

I bought a Krussel "horizontic" PDA case. It's rather nice, and has a separate, button-down compartment with two mesh pockets. I keep the WiFi card in one, and a 256mb and a 2gb in the other. (The one with two cards is a bit of a tight fit -- it's not wide enough for them to be side-by-side so they overlap, but it works well enough and still closes cleanly)

I was looking at the Krussel case for keeping cards. Is the case very bulky on your hip and is it fully enclosed? I find most cases have "convenient" openings to access your palm without removing it from the case. This is a problem as I had to return my T5 just before the waranty ran out as the power switch and SDIO slot stopped working. I noticed they were extremely dusty around the openings. I had a Vaja custom case, so it wasn't any cheapy. I never had this problem with any of my previous Palms, but all were in enclosed cases. I'm trying out a case from Piel Farma (http://www.pielframa.com/universales/cartridge_tungsten_t5.htm) to see if it makes a difference. The case is of good quality and workmanship as they state. There is 2 slots for cards in the flap and a large slot for credit cards, money or a wifi card. I'm noticing my Palm stays cleaner and it's nice to see and work with the unit instead of always handling some bulky case. I couldn't tell if the Krussel case is fully enclosed. How you like this model? If you also carry a phone, is it too wide on your hip?
thanks..

It's a little wider than normal and may take a little getting used to, but for the most part it still sits out of the way of my arms. I'd reccommend getting the standard clip instead of the swivel clip though; while it's handy for vertical cases to swivel out of the way, the center of balance on the horizontal case makes it a little awkward.
It is not completely enclosed; there are openings on either side at the top where the flap wraps around to the front. (Rather important if you plan on using headphones). There are also openings at either side of the bottom too -- these aren't useful for much -- and in the middle underneath (also of no use). I've used it for the last four months or so and haven't had any issues with it.
