I'm an avid cyclist and this baby is going right to the top of my Christmas list. Too bad it won't be available until January 2006. :(

Here is a link to the full specs: http://www.garmin.com/products/edge305/

And a picture: :)

Where I live, peeps get attacked by Mountain Lions when biking. :)

Cool, I suppose I could put one on my screen while I'm working and always no my location and if I've moved. :o

Good things come to those who wait.

It's mostly dogs that I worry about. Although I once had a close encounter with a turkey!

:D Hee hee. I'm sure there are some people at work that would like to stap this on me to see if I've moved all day.

But what I really like about it is the fact that you can ride a route, and then "race" yourself the next time you ride it.

Good things come to those who wait.

I'M WAITING!!! :)

Yeah, it's very awkward and what can you do when it happens, but just lie there.

I killed a polar bear this morning, it climbed up through my toilet. :)

mountain lions are easy to take care of. They judge threat by size. If you look significantly larger than the cougar, they will leave you alone. :)

Always have a wind-breaker and if you hear a cougar, open it wide and challenge. And if he still attacks, wrap his head in a bicycle chain and pull tight.

And if the bike chain thing doesn't work out, at least with the Edge 305 the police will know where the mountail lion killed you before it dragged your carcass up the tree. :)

No, I don't have magic chickens, but they did eat my magician poultry. :)

But what about the laty that was ambushed by a mountain lion as she was riding here bike??? She must have been larger than the feline beast!!!

But a man driving, came upon the attack and was able to scare away the large cat o doom.
