Can someone tell me if I can use WL100 WIFI card on a pocket pc? If it can, can you tell me where I can search to get the instruction on installing this card on my pocket pc. I want to keep this card for my Sony and be able to use my Dell Axim. Thanks.

The card uses the Intel Pro Wireless chipset. Go to Intel's website and search for the Intel Pro Wireless CF drivers. I've installed these on the Axim and used the WLAN100 card with sucess.

It can even be used in a laptop PC too with a PCMCIA adapter and downloading the right Intel Pro Wireless software.

Thanks. I am going to be using it for my Dell Axim Advance.

PDAgal,

If you have some time, can give me the driver since you have it on your Dell. If not, I will look for it.

Many thanks.

Thank you!

The link I gave was for downloading and finding the Win XP PC driver.

Larry, I saw someone post weeks ago that you could use the card with XP. I downloaded the drivers and am using it on my laptop with Windows 2000. Had to do some tweaking to get the driver to work as I recall. :D
