Upgrading a Device in HotSync

So I got a new Tungsten T3, and I'm wondering if it is possible for me to transfer all my old information from my Zire 31 on to it. I know they both use the same HotSync Palm Desktop software, but the operating system is different.

How should I go about it? Thanks.
