adapting Power to go sled to LD or TX

Hi guys!


I am trying to find a way to adapt the Power to Go sled for use with my TX. The problem is that it was made for the old connectors. I would like to make some kind of an adaptor to connect the old connector to the new athena one.


Has anybody ever done anything like this? I would obviosuly need some components to do this more easily. If anyone has any idea where I could get those components, please let me know, okay?

PTG is actually 5V as well.


I don't understand how you can use the car charger with the PTG sled. Is there some kind of adaptor included? I am a bit confused, but if I could just buy this car charger to get the adapter and use it with my PTG sled, it would be a godsend to me.

I will cut the cables & adapt the connector to the PTG but I will use some Jacks like that I can reuse the car charger.

Whatever you do, could we please keep in touch? I would love to kno how you will achieve this. I really hope that I can achieve the same thing.


But you know that the battery from the PRG sled will go bad, just like any other such battery. Is it worth the trouble if it goes bad in a year or two?
