What to use to compose MIDI tunes on Clie with Palm 4.1?

Well ... the question says it all. What program should I use to compose tunes in MIDI format? And to be able to change some instruments and upload MIDI songs to my Clie etc.
Can I make the Clie play a special MIDI tune whenever I shut it down or start an app etc?

I have minimusic notepad, here you can write scores and everything. You can make a midi file of it and convert it with minialarm to an alarm sound. You can even use midi in.
