As some of you may know, I write for a blog, palminsider.com, (that wasn't a plug), but anyways... I have posted the 1st part of my lengthy review of the new iPod and my version is the black 60GB one. The 1st part is my first impressions and unpacking of the iPod which includes many pictures. If you are interested in or maybe buying the new iPod, definitely take a look at the 1st part of my 3 part review here. (http://palminsider.blogspirit.com/archive/2005/12/04/60gb-ipod-with-video-review-part-i-%E2%80%93-unpacking-design-and-fi1.html)
Take a look at it to maybe help make up your mind if you are on the edge.

If you have any questions or comments about the new iPod while I am frivorously writing the 2nd part of my review, feel free to post them in the comments section of the site, or here in this thread. If you read it and enjoy it, tell me here too, that's the whole fun of writing about PDA's.

Thanks,
~Andrew

P.S.- If you are wondering how this review is also PDA related, well all the pictures were taken with my trusty Clie UX-50, and you can even spot it clearly in the last picture of the review!

Thanks.

My friend had gone to buy a Black Nano, and left with a white one, becasue of the fingerprints. :)

I would eventually like a video capable iPod and if I had some free cash right now, I would definiteley get one.

My 3G iPod still works great, just needs a new battery. It's always doced though, so I'm in no rush.
