My NR is gone ....

It falls out of my jacket and hit the ground from about two meters.:eek:

Now the battery got the doubled size and and breaks the case.

On the right side of the display are some white stripes.

I think that repairing this desaster will be to expensive ...:mad:

I've loved this device and i will realy miss it.

Uh... sorry to hear that. I dropped my NR70 a few times but was lucky. What about trying to get a used one at EBAY? On the other hand it might be a good excuse to buy an NX70... Always try to see the good side... ;)

I once dropped my NR70v from about a meter, on hard stone. And it was undamaged! No scratches, malfunctions, screen problems, nothing.

I got a Vaja case right after I purchased my NR70 and it was the smartest thing I ever did. I've dropped it on the sidewalk twice and had it knocked from my hands by someone running to catch the subway. It sailed about 20 feet before hitting a stone floor. I thought it was finished but it's still with me today.

I must admit though........I've been struggling to keep from snatching up an NX70V.

Just think of it this way: you can make some money off of selling it. I bought a broken one off this very forum and have used it for parts since.

My deepest sympathys on the sudden demise of your Clie. It happened me once and I nearly had a heart attack! I slowly picked it up and amazingly it was undamaged. I was very fortunate. Go to E-Bay.
