Try www.handheldmed.com as they have the entire DSM-IVtr version for their reader. The company hasn't come out with anything new or interesting in a long time and is being left in the dust by Skyscape and others. But, it has the best rendition of this book available for the palmOS. It costs a bit, but you can buy with other books for a package deal. It's worth it to have this invaluable book on my handheld. Good luck.

You can have a look here under "Software fron Psychpage"
http://www.psychpage.com/learning/library/palm/index.html

it's in iSilo format and it's free.

The webmaster of Psychpage told me by e-mail that DSM IV is removed due to some copyright issues. It is not available for free download.

I am not a doctor, nor am I in the medical community. I am just a humble father with a son who is autistic.

I found a DSM-IV database at www.memoware.com.

I have used it once or twice to look up things I found in my sons medical records.

Bummer the complete text was still not available on that site...I would have liked to have it as well.

I got a copy of the dsm-iv from psychpage, it is great with isilo, and is basically the tr pocket book... it's very useful. anyways, I believe the memoware version of the book is the same as I have and for diagnostical purposes is very easy, and convenient... try that one.

Go to www.meistermed.com (http://www.meistermed.com)
and look in the iSilo Depot- I believe the DSM-IV document is there (in the free section). Also a great source for other iSilo docs, as it provides a quick review on many of them.
