My TimeSync didn't respond to daylight saving! Whether I check off the daylight saving in Palm system (OS4.1) or not, the time will be one hour behind. Did anyone experience the same thing? Now I use Time Copy instead, and I'm more satisfied with it beside it's freeware.

I waiting for a reply from Blue Nomad Tech Support on this one.
They are usually quite fast in replying to tech support questions.

TimeSync v1.02 does not deal with DST and it is noted in the TimeSync and BackUpBuddy FAQs. The bug is old - at least since Fall 2002 or earlier.
I found a work around. If you are using TimeSync prc file that comes with BackUpBuddy, disable tine synchronization in the BackUpBuddy configuration manager. Download and install the TimeSync exe file from Blue Nomad - it comes with its own HotSync conduit- and the registered TimeSync prc file from BackUpBuddy. The registered TimeSync prc file from BackUpBuddy will then sync with the "trial" TimeSync conduit. I have done this with the last two DST changes without error.
I hope this helps.

I, too, had the same problem. As KStuart notes, this is a known bug. The solution or work-around is to use TimeSync 1.01. I emailed Blue Nomad (since I have version 1.02) and within a few hours they sent me a copy of TimeSync version 1.01.

Their Reply: Thank you for your message. We apologize for any inconvenience, please
use the attached version of TimeSync...First delete the TimeSync 1.02 on
the handheld device and then install the attached to the handheld..You
may then check or un-check the DST setting in the timesync application
on your Palm. If you have BackupBuddy, make sure you have "enable time
synchronization" selected in the BackupBuddy configuration manager. To
access the configuration manager, open the BackupBuddy application on
your desktop computer. If you have the standalone TimeSync, you just
have to change the 1.02 on the handheld to 1.01 and check the DST box.
If you have any other questions or concerns, please let us know.
If you are a registered user of the program, email support@bluenomad.com and they will send you a replacement.
