I've noticed some people stating to go through the whole process of Hotsyncing your old Palm with your new Clie.
The easiest way to transfer things like address book and memos is to just beam them all. There is an option to beam all. I did this with my Palm IIIx, when I bought my NX60 and it worked fine. Just keep in mind that anything marked private will not transfer.
