========================================

UPDATE: Since posting a fawning recommendation originally, I purchased this program, and discovered that the nag screen upon opening REMAINS a constant. Contacted the developer. There is *no* non-nag version currently available. Accordingly, I successfully pursued a refund. I have also expressed my feelings about such blatant disrespect for registered customers directly to the company. I will also be preparing a full package for Handango, and placing a warning at the Handango site.

I've loaded the demo and I'll give it a try in the next few days. Looks pretty cool. I don't think it will be able to replace Graffiti Anywhere for me though. I'll give it a shot anyways.

Thanks for the heads up TreoRenegade. You always have some good info to share. :D

I just tried this program out. It works well, but the only drawback of this program is the fact that it has to recognize multistrokes for some characters.. in turn pausing in between every character. As a result, this method might actually take a lil bit more time than writing in conventional graffiti.

Nooooooo-- the one reason I like it is because I can write out a full word, write a dash, pause a second, and the word appears. Works fine, since I have to go back to the left side after filling up the screen with my scribble. Did you tweak the slider in the pref screen? Dictates the lag time.

Keep in mind though-- I have never dealt with Graffiti-- or rather, tried with an Handera 330, and returned it. It was the Treo and its keyboard which allowed me to join the PalmOS family. So multi-strokes are natural for me. I'd imagine folks coming from Graffiti might be more inclined to the single-stroke thing.

I highly recommend Graffiti Anywhere. I've set it up so that it shows my writing strokes in red while I write them-- very clear. Once you realize that you have to write towards the top part of the screen to get the caps symbol to work, it's fantastic on the TG50.
