I'd like to invite all Canadians here are 1src to come and check out Canuck PDA (http://www.angelfire.com/ultra2/canuck-pda/).
Canuck PDA is a fairly new Palm news site and online Canadian PUG. We are devote to give the Canadian perspective on Palm news and, on some occations, Canadian news.
December is going to be a big month for us at Canuck PDA. Each day in December, leading up to a surprise on New Years Day, we will be doing a mini-review of some of the most useful freeware programs out there for the Palm OS. I have a list of freeware programs made up, but if you have any suggestions for some freeware software that I might have missed, go ahead and post you suggestions. :)
So come on and check us out.

Also, if anyone's interested, we're looking for some people to help out with blogging at Canuck PDA. If you're interested, send an email to robitaille88@gmail.com :)

And now over to the sports desk:
Anyone else watch the Canucks game last night? Finally, a win in the last 5 games!
Naslund keeps his point streak going, while Morrison climbs out of his no-scoring slump. Burnaby Joe keeps his fair share with a puck in the back of the net in the first, and Tanguay tying the score in the second period.
Finally, the Canucks drop a decisive 5-2 game to the Avs, and remain spotless on home ice.
And in other sports around Canada...

Not surprising the Burnaby Joe (Sakic) scored a goal in the first 2 minutes.
It's about time that they actually worked hard for the entire 60 minutes rather than only revving things up in the last 10 minutes of the game in hopes that they'll come back.
In my view, get rid of Bert(uzzi), Clout(ier) and Jovo(novski). Bert is too slow and this new faster game isn't what he's good at. Maybe 'Nucks can get some good players for him. He hasn't been doing much in front of the net as he used to. Clout is a butterfly goalie and for this fast paced game, he's gotta stop getting down everytime a puck is coming. It's no longer a defensive game and there's no defensemen that can help him defend the net. He's gotta stay standing up and stop exposing the net by going down. As for Jovo, he's a horrible defenseman. How many times have I seen him not do his job at checking his man only to cost the 'Nucks a goal? Way too much. And then, he does stupid things like getting into penalties and being way too aggressive in checking and getting the penalties. I hate pretty boy Olympian even early on when we got him for Bure. But then, we still got a better deal. Bure kills team spirit regardless of how good of a scorer he was. But imagine how he'd be if he were still around. He'd be getting to 80 goals a season.
Off the soapbox.

Bert and Nazzy aren't very steady, which is a really bad thing. Bertuzzi is only good in front of the net, and even then he's being called for everything which just screws up his game.
Jovo is just a waste of money. We should've dropped him and signed up Niedermieyer when he was open. Jovo is essentially a forward. just watch him with the puck. he charges the net as if he were Bure.
Clouts doesn't even have the b-fly down yet. he's still struggling with position, which has cost us one too many goals. but not enough goalie's are free for the signing. Kipper would be awesome. but i don't know how long his new contract lasts for...
and watching the highlights after coming home from the game (section 119 baby!!!) is always a treat: Don Taylor of SportsNet is awesome. it's no surprised why he got his job.
man typing with my left hand and eating with my right is really hard...

Nazzy always seems so down and subdued. I'm not sure how effective he is as a Captain in rousing up his team, but he always seem so down, when he's talking. He needs some "fire"! Anyone else in his shoes would be firing on all cylinders.
Jovo should have been a forward, I agree. Wow. Niedermieyer. That would be awesome. Just happy we got Park and the Sedins (although very overpaid) is finally getting some worth with Anson Carter, although I'd like Anson to do more.
All I can say is Clout is out. Auld sure has his moments, but compared to Clouts, he's much better. Just stop playing the puck and getting out of position!
Yeah, Don Taylor (I remember when he was in Sports Page on VU 13, wow, that was so long ago) has always got something great to talk about.
I doubt we'll get Kipper or even Cujo. It's nice to see Cujo doing well. I thought he shouldn't have been put in backup in Detroit. Oh, I like Edmonton too and I like both Van and Edmonton to do well. But, it's a toss up between them. No. I still like the Nucks a bit more.

UPDATE: Canuck PDA has been running for almost 8 months now and in that time we've done reviews, exclusive interviews, a podcast, and regular blog updates. We've also helped solve numerous issues people have had with their Palms. We are a news blog, we are a national PUG, but most importantly, we are a community.
We are once again looking for people to join our team and help out in either blogging on the front page or posting in the forums. If you're interested in joining, just sent an email to info.canuckpda@gmail.com

Your language tool "translate/traduire" is lazy, it translates english to ...... english ! :D
If you want to talk french, you can come and visit us at PalmAttitude. (http://www.palmattitude.org/) We have, already, some québécois among us.

The translate tool translates the page into you OS's (or browser's, I not completely sure) local language. Therefore, if you're using English as your default language, it will translate the page into English, and if your computer's language is French, it will translate the pages into French.
If any of your PalmAttitude readers wanna help out at, or even just check out, Canuck PDA, they're more than welcome ;)

FYI, Canuck Software is separate from Canuck PDA. The only connection between the two is, well, myself (that and the word "canuck" ;))
Also, starting August 1 will Canuck PDA's first contest, in celebration of our 1 year anniversary. More details soon :)
