Movie Player and Picsel Viewer Problems

I have just noticed that the Movie Player and Picsel Viewer don't work properly any more. When I start a movie in Movie Player, it plays the first few frames and then the video freezes, although sound continues and the slider bar continues to move. When I try to start Picsel Viewer, the opening splash screen displays but the application doesn't load, effectively freezing the unit, forcing me to soft reset.

I did a hard reset and restored my programs from the MS, and then the Movie Player and Picsel Viewer work. After a couple of days however they go back to the non-working state. Everything else is fine though.

Thinking the the problem with the Movie Player may have been TCMP, I removed it, did a hard reset and have not re-installed it since.

Has anyone experienced this before? I can live without the movie player, because of TCMP, but the Picsel Viewer comes in handy.

for first, reencode the movie
for second, install picsel accelerator

What software do you have installed? :D

Make sure you have enough RAM available
Erase your internet browser cache and history
Remove any program that you recently installed that may be conflicting with PicselViewer or may not be releasing all the heap memory

Thanks, PicselViewer is fixed thanks to picsel accelerator. Movie Player still has issues. If I try to record something, it starts recording a few frames then freezes. I have to soft reset. Strange.
