VZ screen turns off automatically

.. and often mid-gameplay. Is there any chance someone could write a hack to stop the brute from doing this? Or can it be configured somewhere amidst all the japanese?

I am not sure if it helps in "preference" setting.

yeah there it looks like you can set it to 3 minutes but I'd like to disable auto-shutoff completely... if possible

You can just press a button and it will go back to 3 minutes... but that is all I know :)
