is this price worth it?

Hey I am able to get a UX40 with all the accesories, and an EB40 battery for
about $340 USD is this worth it? The UX40 is about a year old, and apparently in very good condition.

please post any concerns i should know about it, or should check for when i go to check it out

btw. this maybe the wrong forum to post in for this question but is the TH55 worth $255 USD, which is better to get?

I bought a UX50 for $300. The EB40 is worth $100. So that is a good price, I guess.
And the price for the TH55 is good too :)

also what are some prices i can find on a brand new ux40 with eb40, i wanna make sure its really worth $340 currently, the warranty apparently is up also so this has me catious

You would be lucky to find any new UX40s. They were discontinued by Sony over a year ago. I don't know what their current repair policy is for them either in or out of warranty. You may find some refurbed ones out there, but brand new ones are pretty rare. The price you are asking about is a fair one, that is about what they have been selling for on eBay and on othe for sale sites.

There really is no differnce from the UX40 and UX50 except it does not have WiFi. As for comparing it to other PDAs, it has a keyboard and the display, while small, is very good to use.
