I recently got a new PC with XP,installed palm desktop software without MG jukebox. The N760C works fine, but every time I perform a hotsync, my PC crashes. Do I need the memorystick audio library (msa Version 2.5/1.1) update to fix. I don't think I need the other MG jukebox update because I don't use the music on the pda. I love XP and I love my 760C and just want us all to get along. Thanks

Thanks for the speedy reply. I haven't installed the memory stick update yet. Did you mean I should install the update, or is there a patch to fix the update as well?

Sorry for not being specific, its an update actually.
If it still doesnt solve your problem, try to uninstall the Palm Desktop and reinstall.
