Kind of a broad question...but I'm just curious as to what the rest of you have installed that you consider "cool"...something that made you think "Man...this makes my Clie worth it!" :P
I'm always looking for new software ideas to try out...but being a newbie I have no idea what the limits are to what is available. It seems that just about everything you can think of is out there for download...but with so many options, I'm sure I've missed things.

Haven't tried that one yet...I'm running a demo of Launcher X right now...so far, it's pretty cool...
I'll give Xlauncher a try...see how it goes

NoStreak... The moire pattern on SJ20 was disturbing, and AfterBurner lessen it (by overclocking) but IR might not work. NoStreak solved the problem for me.
For replacement launchers, I use Launcher X because familiarity and the clean interface. ZLauncher is good and cheaper but I didn't like the greyscale theme it came in and I couldn't find another Hi-res greyscale theme at all.
Also Launcher X seems a tag faster, according to unreliable tests done with stopwatch.
Other than these... I also use DateBk5, HandyShopper, HappyDays, Progect, AvantGo, Bible Reader, Plucker, Yinghan (as well as Hanying, a Chinese<->English dictionary), FileZ, App/DA Launcher, FindHack, MiddleCapsHack (!!!) and X-Master.

There's a nice must-have apps (http://www.cliesource.com/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=58&highlight=favorite+apps) thread you might want to check out.
The "coolest" apps for me are DateBk5 and ShadowPlan.

Sorry...my bad...I tried it out last night, I found it a little too complex for me, so I loaded Launcher X back on.
Also, I found the default sony skin it came with hard to read on my screen...icons were too small. But, it does look like it offers some more features then Launcher X.

It does kinda depend on what makes you think 'cool', but Vindigo always gets a good reaction - when you find out what movie is on where, and can see the venue on a map and then have it give you walking directions from wherever you are. And then walking directions to a bar of whatever type you want... you get the picture. Kinoma's also pretty cool, for putting little movies or collections of pictures on.

Does anyone know of some freeware utility that speeds up wait states of my SJ20's ram? Ive noticed that Quickbits does this sort of thing, and Im looking for a freeware utility that does the same thing? Programs like Cruisecontrol arent compatible, why?
