zlauncher madness

Hello!

I am a newer Clie sj30 owner that just downloaded zlauncher 3.0 demo. The launcher downloaded, but I cannot get the themes or zmanager to hotsync; it tells me that the files are not there. I read how great everyone says that it is; will someone please guide me through installing this program?

Make sure you unzip them all first. Sometimes when files are in a zip archive they will not install properly.

if you are still having troubles make sure you install the relevant programs depending on your model....
