electric discharge when on the cradle??

Hi, I've been experimenting a small electric discharge when I touch the clie while it is on the cradle.
This does not happen all the time, but I am worried this might damage it, anyone has any idea what might be going on?

It's a NX 73v BTW...

It is a buzz. It also happens when touching the cradle's contacts.
It doesn't happen all the time, it has me confused...
