I am losing past appointments when I hotsync. They stay in Outlook but disappear from my Clie. I use intellisync but I could not find an option to choose date ranges under advanced datebook. Any suggestions? Jen

Nevermind, found my answer in past postings on this topic. Thanks. The download fixed everything. :)

Use the Clié Update Wizard to get the Intellisync Lite update (version 4.00.00_422.77_42 — I think the CD verison is 4.00.00_422.77_39). Install it, and then configure Intellisync Lite. In the Date Book settings click the "Advanced..." button, and you'll find a new "Date Range" tab with a "Transfer All scheduled items" option.
