DTG 8... Any opinions?

I was wondering if anyone had the new docs 2 Go 8. I DL'd the trial and it seems faster when opening native word files. It won't seem to open the PDF's I get from my Humanities professor, but others off the internet work fine. It also has the rich-text file support so flagrantly lacking in version 7. The upgrade is only like 30bux, and it comes with the spell check and a dictionary/thesaurus. I'm thinking I will buy it.

I was just wondering about other peoples impressions of it.

There is a discussion thread in the Applications forum. Mostly talks about how DTG claims it's the first with native PDF support but that that may not necessarily be so. I'm at DTG 6.x and I'm likely to stay there for quite some time. I haven't seen anything really compelling in the new versions. And now that I have a laptop as my desktop computer, there's much less reason to be opening Office docs on my Palm.

Well, I unfortunatly don't have a laptop (yet) so the T5 is my "emergency homework platform." If I am lucky the Apple fairy will visit me come december.
