price for used T5?

I am curious what would be a reasonable price one could get for a used T5 (in good condition, fairly lightly used), say on ebay. One can get $120 from Palm's trade-in program, which seems low.

A quick search on eBay shows that new/like new/open box are going for $175-300; used but good condition are going for <$150. But things change on eBay... if you're not in a big hurry you might just watch and see where prices go.
