Hey,
when tap on the screen of my SJ33 I can push it in for a mm or so. Especially in the middle of the sceen. It's not a problem (just very slight reflections of the sun because of this).. but it's a bit different from the Palm V i was used too (the Palm V does not have a plastic screen) . Does other SJ33 have this too/is it normal?

Same with my SJ33. But I did see one Palm V that was like that too.
BTW: I don't think SJ33 has a plastic screen.

Well, There is a cellophane like thin layer on the top of the SJ33 LCD (Probably glass) screen. That is what it looks like its bending when you tap. It's quite normal and not that obvious.
SONY has put it either for protection of the LCD or it handles the Grafiti strocks I guess.
A service centre must probably be able to repalce it when it get scratched over the time I hope.

I am not able to push mine in. I'm getting some screen plastic covers so that will protect screen from this problem if you are worried about screen damage.

Does someone know whether it is possible to buy these "plastic layers" and replace them yourself? (so we don't have to use screen protectors no more)

The plastic layer that you are refering to is the digitizer which picks up your screen inputs and not just a mere protection. I had a Vx and now the SJ33 and notice slight deflection as well. Apparently, the Vx has tighter manufacturing tolerance and better assembly (no deflection felt). it's not an easy deal replacing the digitizer so protect it if you can.
