Where can I dl NON US updates?

Is there a special site besides http://www.ita.sel.sony.com/support/clie/nz90/softupdates/
where I could download european updates for ClieFiles/PEGA WL100 like in German?

Yes. Better not install those update if your Clie is not an US model.
But if you're adventurous enough, Do a complete Backup first on your PC/MS and go ahead with the update. At least if it screws up your Clie, you can do a hard reset and reinstall everything.
