I need a working headset jack - My LD has stated to exibit jack rot. The solder connections must be going, or the jack itself is faling apart. The one pair of headphones i had that would stay in the LD just do so the job anymore. Not quite hitting that little switch.

I wonder whom palm uk is trying to fool? These SBC HS520 are some of the cheapest headphones Phillips makes. Maybe the plug on these phones is made by the same imps that made the LD jack, hence their compatability.

Their frequencyrange is so limited..you won't hear the LD background hiss anymore ;)

I think you will find the Special Edition part is the CDROM and Headphones and that the LD is the LD that we all know and love. :)

Does anyone know whats on the CD? Probably MMPlayer and some version of PocketDVD!? It would be cool if they added something like pTunes deluxe, but that's probably just a dream. :)
