Connection problem

Hi! I'm a new forum user. Most of the time when I'm hotsyncing my palm I've to find a specific position so that my palm and sync cable really senses it. If not the sign "USC is not properly installed" or something like that. Does anyone else here have a similar problem? Is this a T5 problem?

Yeah maybe that's true. I'll try to sync with my friends cable and see how. Thanks!
