Screen size

Does anyone know the specific dimensions for the screen? I ordered a boxwave screen protector and they made theirs too big to fit the screen so they asked me to measure the screen and they will custom make me one but I don't have a ruler.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

From the tip of your thumb to the middle (while bent) is a inch. You can always use your body to measure something :D
(You tip of your finger to your elbow is a foot, but I don't think the Zire screen is THAT big ;))

Try PM Antoine. He may help you with that. he had written a nice review @ bargainPDA on Z22. Unfortunately I dont own a Z22 to take the measurements. :)

How serious are you on these measurements? Surely I'm not the only complete DORK getting my tape measure and checking this out??!! (Maybe I am!)

FWIW: Tip of my thumb to the middle (bent) is approx. 1.5" and the tip of my middle finger to my elbow is approx. 20". Have we gone way off topic here? Haha!

BTW I am not a neanderthal. . .I'm 6'4", though. . . :D

If you search freewarepalm.com or palmgear.com there are freeware ruler applications you can install and never be without a ruler again.
