Steve said there won't. Which is all the reason to believe there will be. Every-time he says they won't do something, they do. Think about that. Media Center? The new iMac? Video iPod? Yep. XM iPod? Once the RIAA allows it.
And about the RIAA: they won't let Sirius or XM allow audio recording. Why? Because they are selfish. When TIVO came with video recording, the video companies fought it to the death. Tivo won. XM and Sirius will win too. What does this have to do with 1src? Dell and XM made a MP3 player with XM. I think they will have an Axim with it soon. And Palm? Either Sirius or XM. And if we are lucky, we will get to choose ;)

Well, I dont think they will do it anytime soon. The sole reason is because it would take away from their profits on portable music. Why buy iTunes music when you have 200 channels of music to listen to. I highly doubt they will get any cut of the Sirius or XM profits, since those companys already get revenue from the other companies with portable satellite radios. When there are alot of them out they may consider making them. Apple doesnt ever jump into the bandwagon until they know they are losing money because of it.

They will make money of the hardware, and XM will get the subscription money. It will all even out :)

Satellite radio requires line of sight for reception, which makes it hard to put into a pocketable music player...
Sirius has a new cool nano-looking S50 player. The catch is that it doesn't actually have a antenna, the antenna is in the base unit. The base unit records content that you 'time shift' on the S50 (like a podcast.) So it's really just another flash player, but with a specialized interface.
What would be more likely for iPod is a simlar dock that could pull satellite radio content.
Apple makes most of its money on iPods, not iTunes.

The Sirius S50 has a heating problem like the ReGo. You could have the headphones have a built-in antenna. It won't be noticeable, because it won't stick out. I know Apple makes money on iPods. That is why Apple can make the hardware and XM make the radio.
