"Life Drive"
This is the most exciting palmOne device I have heard about in a while. Everyone knew a new high-end device would be coming soon, but now one would have ever expected it to be this incredible. The early details varied, as did the names. When the rumors just started out, it was called the Tungsten T6. Then that name changed to the Tungsten 2005 and the Tungsten C2. Finally it was revealed that the device is code named "Life Drive"
This device will have an 18-bit 320x480 screen and run on a 416 MHz XScale processor. It will have a microdrive of 4GB and will have both bluetooth 1.1 and wifi! It will, as usual, have an SD card slot. As well, it will disappoint many to know that it will only be running on Palm OS Garnet. This is going to be one expensive device at approximately $500 USD and will be this April!
